Personal information collected

In France, Personal Information is notably protected by Law No. 78-87 of January 6, 1978, Law No. 2004-801 of August 6, 2004, Article 226-16 of the Penal Code and European Directive No. 95. /46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 24, 1995.

When using the site  www.tobemyself.fr collects the following information which is not considered personal (“Non-Personal Information”):

  - The communication of a copy of this data delivered free of charge, insofar as such a request is not abusive, in particular by its repetitive and disproportionate nature. 

No Personal Information (including Additional Personal Information, if applicable) of the User of the site www.tobemyself.fr is:

  - Collected without the knowledge of the User;

  - Published without the knowledge of the User;

  - Exchanged, transferred, assigned or sold on any medium to third parties.

Only the assumption of redemption of the SASU TO BE MYSELF and its rights would allow the transmission of said information to the prospective purchaser who would in turn be bound by the same obligation to store and modify the data vis-à-vis the 'site user  www.tobemyself.fr . Moreover, the SASU TO BE MYSELF is authorized to carry out studies and statistical analyzes on the use and typology of the Users of the site www.tobemyself.fr , subject to maintaining the anonymity of the latter.

Rectification of Personal Information collected

The data is collected for a period of 5 years for a customer database of the Commercial and Marketing departments of SASU TO BE MYSELF.

In accordance with the provisions of article 40 of law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978, the User has the right to access and modify the personal data collected concerning him. To do this, the User sends to SASU TO BE MYSELF:

By indicating his name or company name, his physical and/or electronic contact details, as well as, where applicable, the reference he would have as a member of the site  www.tobemyself.fr . The modification will take place within a reasonable period of time from receipt of the User's request.

Cookies

A "Cookie" allows the identification of the User, the personalization of his consultation of the site www.tobemyself.fr and the acceleration of the layout of the site thanks to the recording of a data file on his computer. .

The User acknowledges being informed of this practice and authorizes SASU TO BE MYSELF to proceed with it. In any event, SASU TO BE MYSELF undertakes never to communicate the content of these “Cookies” to third parties, except in the event of a legal requisition.

the SASU TO BE MYSELF informs the User that the duration of the given authorization is 13 months maximum. The User can refuse the registration of “Cookies” or configure his browser to be warned before accepting “Cookies”. To do this, the User will configure their browser from the “tool” menu for Microsoft Internet Explorer.

Advertising nature of content
